We only charge upon success: no upfront payment, no hidden fees — our service fees are due only when the final notarial deed is signed.
Our fees range between 2.5% and 3% of the total purchase price including VAT (agency fees included), with a minimum flat fee of €7,900 incl. VAT for properties valued up to €260,000. Fees are progressively reduced for higher property values, and our services typically help clients save an average of 6% on their initial budget! (based on national average)
Our fees can be included in your financing request and are tax-deductible under real tax regimes (régime réel for both unfurnished and LMNP furnished rentals).
