Recognizing that searching for a property is often long and tedious, Mon Chasseur Immo — a website operated by Groupe NETAC (Net Acheteur), a network of property hunters — has chosen to dedicate its time and expertise to helping future property buyers by offering them customized support through a range of remote services.

Use of the site is subject to these General Terms and Conditions of Use. Anyone wishing to access the site must read them beforehand and agrees to comply with them.

Definitions

  • Client: Any person who has chosen to entrust the search for their property to Mon Chasseur Immo, a network of property hunters, by signing a Buyer’s Mandate
  • Buyer’s Mandate: An agreement concluded between the client and Mon Chasseur Immo to search for a property
  • Mon Chasseur Immo, the property hunters’ network of Groupe NETAC: NETAC, a simplified joint-stock company, as defined in Article 3.1 Publisher of the site
  • Service: Refers to all services offered to the client by Net Acheteur, in the context of the property search
  • Site: monchasseurimmo.com
  • Users: Anyone accessing the site, whether client or casual visitor
  • Data Controller: The person or legal entity that determines the purposes and means of data processing
  • Data Subject: The individual whose personal data is collected and processed
  • Personal Data: Any information, whether material or digital, that identifies a person directly or indirectly

General Description of the Service

Mon Chasseur Immo, a network of property hunters, offers users of the site a no-obligation assessment of their real estate project via a simple form.

A property hunter will then contact the prospective buyers who filled out the form to assess the feasibility of the project and adjust it according to the market and the buyer’s financial capacity.

If the user chooses to entrust their property search to Mon Chasseur Immo, they will be asked to sign a Buyer’s Mandate. They will then gain access to the full range of services offered by Mon Chasseur Immo, available through their personal account, and be supported throughout their search by a dedicated property hunter.

Client Area

Only individuals who have entrusted their property search to Mon Chasseur Immo through a Buyer’s Mandate can access the client area.

Each client will receive a password to access this space and can change it at any time by contacting their coach. The client is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password.

The client area allows users to:

  • Quickly access all properties that match their search criteria,
  • Organize listings based on interest (shortlisted/visited/rejected),
  • Communicate with their coach (via email, mobile, and landline),
  • Access, in one click, all relevant information about a property and their personal data.

Throughout the search, in addition to permanent access to their personal space, the client is guided and supported by a coach who specializes in property searches.
